1st pigtails

At school, one of Carolyn's teachers was putting pigtails in for a few of the girls. Carolyn noticed and pointed to her hair and said "Up up" so that the teacher would put pigtails in her hair too (luckily she now has just enough hair to get some mini pigtails). Then she checked out her new hairdo in the mirror at school and kept laughing. This is the story I was told by her teacher when I picked her up and Carolyn was still excited about her hair at the end of the day.

Training

Carson dressed up Carolyn in some of his knight gear and gave her a lightsaber. He was teaching her how to be a knight.

Carson's 5th birthday!!

Carson had a great birthday celebration! We can't believe he is already 5 years old. The time has gone so fast and it is amazing to think of all of the wonderful memories that we have with him over the past 5 years!

basketball

Carson loved basketball practice this fall. He was on the Lakers team and he learned lots of new basketball skills.

Hayride

We went on a hayride at our friend Andy's family farm in the beginning of November. It was a great time!

Halloween 2011!

Carson and Carolyn had a great time on Halloween! Carson loved being Leonardo and running around the neighborhood with his friends for trick or treating. Carolyn had fun trick or treating as well. Also, here is a picture of Carson with his two best buds from school at their school party.
