Week 1

Here are some pictures from Carolyn's first week of life. She is doing great. She eats well and she is an excellent sleeper. So far, she has been a laid back baby and we are enjoying spending each day with her.

Carson loves Carolyn

Carson loves having a little sister. He asks to hold her all of the time and he wants her to play with his toys. As you can see, he tries to give Carolyn his cars.

Carolyn Lily

Carolyn Lily was born on Thursday July 22nd at 8:13 am. She was 7 pounds 5 ounces and 20 inches long. Here is a link to 8 hospital pictures:

4th of July

The 4th of July was really hot this year!! We went to the Hilliard parade and the fireworks. Carson had a great day.

The Park

We have been taking Carson to a new park near our house. Carson loves it because it has tunnels and a big slide. Carson likes to push Daddy on the swing too.

Father's Day

We went to see Toy Story 3 on Father's Day/Mommy's birthday. It was a great time!

A recent belly pic

Here is Mommy's belly last week...Carson said that it is "humongous" and that the "baby is ready to come out." We told him she may be ready in a few weeks. We're all very excited.

School Performance

There was a Spring Performance for Carson's school a couple of weeks ago. Each class performed a few songs. He had a great time singing songs and performing on stage.

Kings Island

Daddy took Carson to Kings Island last Tuesday. They had such a good time that they went back on Friday and Mommy went with them this time. Carson's favorite ride was the water ride that is now called Camp Remote (aka Log Flume). He just loved going down the hill and getting a little wet. This year Carson went on his first big roller coaster--Woodstock Express (aka the Beastie). The first picture shows his reaction (click to enlarge)...a big smile and a bit scared. After the ride, he said it was scary and fun and he wanted to go on it again!
