8 months

Carolyn is a very active 8 month old baby. She crawls and stands everywhere possible. She is very happy too and loves to play with Carson.

Standing up

At daycare, Carolyn has been trying to stand up in her crib and she is crawling up the steps to the slide. At home, she is standing up holding onto furniture too. She seems so excited each time she learns how to do something new...

Cosi afternoon

We went to Cosi yesterday afternoon since the daycare was closed for President's Day. Carson and Carolyn had a great time, especially in the water center! Carson also loved the space center since he is really interested in outer space lately.

7 months and a small crawl

Carson said he can't wait for Carolyn to start talking with him so that they can be best friends. Carolyn is 7 months old today...and the news is that she made her first official crawl last night!! It was a short crawl forward and then a crawl backwards. She was motivated by Carson's toys...watch out...baby Carolyn is on the loose!!

Pottery

Carson had a playdate with his friend, Alex. They went to an indoor play center and a pottery store. Carson painted a Mator piggy bank.

Carolyn is 6 months old now. She loves baby food, scooting backwards, and trying to play with Carson's toys. Carson has been teaching her how to play with some of his baby toys, but she is also interested in his big boy toys, such as legos.
